Hiring Casual Respite Workers – Edmonton, AB

H&Y Homecare & Respite Services is looking for patient, dependable Respite Workers to provide short‑term relief and support to families caring for loved ones at home.

Responsibilities:
• Providing supervision and safety monitoring
• Engaging clients in activities and companionship
• Supporting families by offering temporary relief
• Light household tasks as needed
• Reporting concerns and documenting visits in ShiftCare

Requirements:
• Experience with respite, disability support, or caregiving
• CPR/First Aid
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Calm, patient, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
