No open air burning is permitted, including but not limited to campfires, small and large burn piles and burning barrels.

The Englehart & Area Fire Department would like to inform the residents of the Town of Englehart, the Municipality of Charlton and Dack, the Township of Chamberlain as well as the Township of Evanturel that the fire ban has now been lifted. Please still use caution while burning and never leave a fire unattended.

The Englehart & Area Fire Department was fortunate to have a full day of training today with vehicle extrication expert Jason Defosse. We learned valuable techniques to safely secure, stabilize, remove vehicle doors, windows and roofs and to safely protect and extricate casualties.

Thank you Jason for a fantastic day of training!!
