Our Thirsty Bird Automation Tech's teamed up to complete the following:

Cass (Journeyman Electrician)

-Wired the motor, service disconnect and splitter.
-Installed and wired vibration switch and enviro pressure switch on wellhead packing assembly.

Curtis (Automation Manager)
-Installed cable tray.
-Wired presco shutdown.
-Installed load cell cable and inclinometer
- Set up communications for remote accessing

The well was then commissioned with rotation test and ESD test.

Our RD-100 Nanotech Synthetic Blend Rockdrill Fluid is having great results. Customers are loving it!

One customer was experiencing a lot of salt buildup on his triplex plungers and boxes. Having to clean off the salt every couple of days.

After switching his Rockdrill fluid to RD-100, he's now going 2-3 weeks in between cleaning salt! No other changes were made, just using a better lubricant.

Less time working around equipment = Safer work environment
Better lubrication = Less wear and tear on packing = Cost savings
