Owens & Sweitzer is looking for a motivated Service Representative to join our team!

This position is a key link between our customers and service department, helping ensure repairs and service work are handled efficiently from start to finish.

THE ROLE
-Work directly with customers to understand their service and repair needs
-Work alongside and assist current service office personal
-Schedule and coordinate service work with technicians
-Create and manage work orders
-Keep customers informed on repair progress
-Assist with estimates, warranty and service documentation
-Coordinate with our Parts Department to keep jobs moving
-Build strong, long-term relationships with our customers
-Help ensure every customer receives professional, dependable service

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
-Has strong communication and customer service skills
-Is organized and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
-Works well with technicians, parts staff and customers
-Has good computer and administrative skills
-Takes pride in solving problems and getting things done
-Has agriculture or equipment experience — an asset, but not required
