**HIRING!**
The Lokal Brand & Experience Lead
The Lokal W**ery: Fenelon Falls, Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
Do you love w**e, people and the idea of helping build a local brand?
The Lokal is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial person to become a key part of our small team. This is more than a traditional store manager position; we want someone who can help us take the business to the next level.
You’ll oversee the in-store experience, guide clients through the Ferment on Premise (FOP) w**emaking process and help make The Lokal a brand people want to visit, follow and talk about.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional FOP w**e experience from selection to bottling
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Support daily w**ery operations and keep everything organized
- Create engaging social media content
- Be a recognizable face of The Lokal online and in the community
- Help develop promotions, events and local partnerships
- Bring forward ideas that grow the business and our following
-There is lifting involved with this job.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who:
- Genuinely loves w**e and wants to keep learning about it
- Is warm, outgoing and comfortable connecting with people
- Is willing to appear in photos and videos
- Takes initiative and thrives in a small-business environment
- Is dependable, creative and highly organized
- Wants a long-term opportunity and not simply another job
Experience in FOP w**emaking, hospitality, social media, marketing, leadership, entrepreneurship, SEO or AI is an asset, but attitude and ambition matter even more.
Regular availability Tuesday through Friday is required currently, with opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibility and long-term career growth.
If you love w**e, believe in local business and want to help build something meaningful in the heart of Kawartha Lakes, we want to meet you.
