We’re Light(ing) It Up! for NDEAM! 💙💜

We are excited to Light It Up! for NDEAM tonight, joining our other Agilec locations and hundreds of landmarks, buildings, and community spaces across Canada in a national show of support for disability inclusion and accessibility.

World Mental Health Day reminds us that small acts of understanding can have a meaningful impact. Checking in, listening without judgment, and creating space for honest conversations can help people feel valued, connected, and seen.

It's also an important reminder to check in with ourselves and extend that same care inward. Taking care of our own well-being matters, and it helps us show up for others, too. 💚
