We received this email after a service issue was reported on Monday morning:

Good Afternoon,
We have been having wifi issues for a while, but today they were really bad. I called RuralNet in the morning, Joanne answered right away and did as much remote troubleshooting as possible and noted she would send someone over.
She sent Caleb (sp?) over who arrived not even an hour later, and he must have spent at least four to five hours here. Caleb was super professional and helpful keeping me updated the whole time. The issue was resolved by raising the tower up, which was probably the last thing he wanted to do, but he left, grabbed some lunch and a coworker, then came back and solved the issue like a champ! I appreciate the prompt and patient customer service displayed today by RuralNet
Thank you for your support Caleb! I can now work efficiently again - I guess you can be partially responsible for my ongoing employment (haha - jk). Anyway, thanks again, and here's to a great week!
