Who has hundreds or like me thousands of photos kicking around collecting dust, getting lost or damaged in boxes?
Let me help you preserve by digitizing your memories & historical photos or documents so they can be passed on for generations to come! Save them from loss or potential damage and fading.
Sizes I can do are wallet, 3x5, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, panoramas, & Polaroids.
I am a stay at home mom, with the time, equipment, and the passion to bring your photos back to life with auto enhancement, colour restoration, red-eye reduction, de-skew, crop, & rotate. I can also capture any hand written notes that maybe on the back of the photo if you wish.
Photos are scanned at 600dpi, which is good for archiving, viewing on a computer screen or device. 1200dpi is available for an added cost. This option is best used if you plan on enlarging.
I use 2 different methods of scanning. Depending on the delicacy of photo, thickness, rips, bends, tape or glue, or if photos are not able to be removed from albums will determine what method I use. My main scanner saves original photo as well as the enhanced photo, numbering them making sorting, reminiscing & sharing much easier for you. Other scanner does not save original copy, you will just get a enhanced digital copy.
I am unable to photoshop any imperfections. Photos that are originally blurry will scan the same way, Also I have noticed older matte photos will show the matte in enhanced photos. You can see examples of both of these are in my photos. Removing and replacing photos available for an additional cost.
Digital copies can be shared with you via Dropbox, or for an added cost I can save on a USB (or USB’s depending on the size of the job) making sorting and sharing much easier for you. I can also capture any hand written notes that maybe on the back of the photo.
I will be having weekly pick up and drop off days in Cranston & Okotoks (Also willing to meet in neighbouring communities) Or if you wish you can drop off directly to me, I am located just 5 minutes south of Cranston and roughly 15 minutes north of Okotoks on Dunbow Road.
I'm also offering heat laminating (pouches) & Document scanning.

Introductory Offer:
- 1 to 49 Photos - Flat rate of $20
- 50 to 99 Photos - .35 cents each
- 100 to 499 photos - .25 cents each

-$100 for every 500 photos
-$20 for every 100 photos (after 500)
Now also offering VHS transfer. $50 per tape
Straight copy - unlimited time (I do not pick and choose material on tapes being transferred)
If given specific time frames and detailed information to be transferred - up to 4 hours coverage/work time included. Added fee to be discussed per tape if more time is needed.
Completed transfers will be on a USB or DVDS (Cost will vary depending on size of job)
I cannot control quality of tapes, especially if old. They will copy in same condition as they play.
Larger files will be broken up into smaller increments to accommodate transfer onto disks or USB.
Can also do basic video Collages with a mix of music, stills, video and text!
