⚠️ Know the warning signs of a damaged battery.

Stop using your device if the battery:
• smells strange
• feels unusually warm
• makes popping noises
• changes shape or colour
• starts to smoke

If it’s safe, move the device away from anything that can catch fire. A damaged lithium-ion battery can overheat and start a fire.
