We haven’t posted much lately… and there’s a good reason for that — we’ve been BUSY! 👊

2026 has been one heck of a year for the crews. From retaining walls, septics, engineered pads and foundations to city infrastructure hookups — and 3 house closings, with #4 underway! 🏠

None of this happens without our amazing clients, both returning and new, or the incredible crews and skilled trades who help make it all happen. We truly appreciate every one of you.

And the best part? 2026 isn’t over yet!

We’re already looking ahead to 2027, with building lots in Popple Hill, retaining walls and foundations booked, and plenty more in the works. 🚧

Something we run into every so often is these old rock foundations! Digging up a draintile and water proofing a conventional concrete wall, or even cinderblock is a breeze compared to these!

This wall was leaking BAD! 💧 causing issues within the basement. We excavated, washed, pointed/parged, tarred, and added a draintile system to eliminate the water that was permeating the rock.

Huge props to the guys for working through the heat and making sure this got done before the weekend!
