Our experiences from childhood and adult hood, if left unresolved, unprocessed, can have a significant impact on how we experience life today.

I was asked recently to summarize what I now offer. This is what I came up with: “ I’m helping to bring joy to the inner child/traumatized self. Happy inner self, happy adult self.”

The way we perceive what happens in our outside world creates our reaction. The more we can see our reaction as an option versus reality, the healthier we will be. The next time you react to a situation, ask yourself what are the other possibilities? That person that cut you off might have been thinking about something else or might have been in a bad mood. Regardless, how you see it impacts you, not them! It’s an inside job! ❤️

After a two year healing break, I’m back, offering my services! This time as a consultant with Source, Consulting and Mentoring.

As my healing journey unfolded, so did new approaches to helping folks live a more joyful and love filled life.
