This December 18th – one week out from the big day – join us at Delta Hotels by Marriott Fredericton for a very special holiday performance, as Cuban jazz powerhouse, Dee Hernandez once again brings to life the fearless beauty of one of the 20th century’s most important voices, Ella Fitzgerald 🎄

In 1960, Ella Fitzgerald released “Ella Wishes You A Swinging Christmas”. This treasured holiday album established ‘The First Lady Of Song’ alongside Bing Crosby and Elvis Presley in the chorus of legendary seasonal voices. Her unique style and vocal innovations took traditional Christmas classics to exciting new heights in true Ella Fitzgerald fashion.

Join us on December 12 at the Fredericton Playhouse for a festive evening with Sons of Maxwell 🎄

Don and Dave Carroll formed Sons of Maxwell in 1989 and quickly became a popular fixture on the Maritime music scene, including Fredericton’s own Dolan’s Pub. As a touring group, they continued travelling and performing together nationally and internationally for over 20 years. Following the unprecedented success of the viral YouTube hit “United Breaks Guitars”, Dave became a professional speaker and storyteller and released three solo music projects. Don became a career firefighter that same summer and later released an iconic solo project of Jazz standards. Now – a few years later – Sons of Maxwell are back on stage together enjoying the music and reunions with old and new friends.
