.cups at my latest work for this amazing local family-run business. These guys put the work in to deliver delicious snack food with no rubbish added. Just 4 ingredients.

My favourite are the hazelnut espresso. I used to work in a very fancy restaurant as a student and they served the best chocolates at the end of the meal. Snak Hazelnut Espresso are the same level, these things are seriously rich and decadent. If you’ve tried them… what are you waiting for?!

I rarely share photos of myself, but here’s me pondering my days work. From websitesto wayfinding, packaging to product photography. There’s always a lot to consider as a designer.

I’m actually going through a tough time right now. I’m experiencing depression and anxiety like never before and it’s debilitating, so when I’m feeling creative or productive I’m cherishing those moments.

Here’s to everyone getting through the best they can. Stay positive, look for the little smiles and try to ignore the frowns.

This was truly fantastic!

Construction between dreams and nightmares is the result of a series of workshops carried out as part of the GénieArts project.

Under the direction of artist .kush 2nd and 5th grade students explore automatic creation techniques and use several mediums in the creation of artwork to reflect on dreams and nightmares.

This exhibition presents a series of graphite drawings and other mixed media to catartically highlight their interpretations of dreams and nightmares.

On until 11th April at the Centre communautaire Sainte-Anne.

Construction entre rêves et cauchemars est le résultat d'une série d'ateliers réalisés entre février et mars dans le cadre du projet GénieArts. Le projet est une tentative de concilier : la construction de compositions collaboratives; et les actions personnelles et improvisées.

Sous la direction de l'artiste Rotchild Choisy, les élèves de 2° année et de 5e année de Mme Véronique Pelletier et Danika Godbout ont eu le temps d'explorer des techniques de création automatique; de développer une sensibilité à l'utilisation de plusieurs médiums dans la création d'œuvres artistiques et de réfléchir aux rêves et aux cauchemars.

Cette exposition présente une série de dessins graphites et autres créations mixtes médias suivant les influences du cadavre exquis et de l'automatisme pour ressortir de façon cathartique leurs interprétations des rêves et des cauchemars.

Latest book purchases. This could take me a while as I’m a very, very slow reader. I’ve been working my way through Extra Bold for over 6 months 🫣 but well worth it!

As a 40-odd year old white cis male, I’m categorically one of the most privileged humans on our planet, yet I’ve never felt it and there’s a reason for that. It’s well over time for me to open my eyes wider, listen, listen, listen, learn, understand and evolve. The current state of the world angers me, yet I see so much hope and potential for change. That involves a radical shift at all levels of society. We’ve got to start somewhere, I’m starting here.

Snak delivers fun, healthy food, intentionally simple and delicious. A small start-up with a big ambition, founded by Hannah Watson and her partner Alex Mollegaard, Snak. is keen to highlight the value of simple, healthy food and clarify some of the confusion and misinformation that exists within the health food industry.

Together we devised a strategy to refine the brand, launch a tailor-made e-commerce site, generate new product photography and visuals, create exciting new packaging and curate an extensive design library of assets for ongoing marketing and content creation.

A fully equipped boutique Pilates studio offering personal, one-to-one Pilates training.

Integrity Pilates is owned and run by my lovely wife, Floriane Place-Verghnes-Wood. Recently celebrating her first year in business, Floriane strives for excellence, continuously learning from other industry leaders and mentors to provide the best care, tailored to each individual client.

The branding was heavily influenced by design movements from the time Joseph Pilates opened his New York studio in the 1920’s. The strongest being the Bauhaus movement, which is clear to see from the bold, geometric forms of the logo through to the strong typography on the website.
