Allow us to assist in this stressful time

I am very appreciative of the amount of people that have contacted me. I have helped a few and have turned others away.

I learned a few things many years ago from a lawyer I have enormous respect for. I will follow the same standards he abides by:

- I will not assist anyone who is not paying child support or doesn’t intend to pay child support. This includes female or male. The children deserve this regardless of the parents feelings towards each other.

- I will not assist anyone who is abusive to their ex-partner or children. This includes physically or mentally.

- I will not assist anyone who isn’t a regular fixture in their’s child’s life by their own choice.

- I will not assist anyone who doesn’t have the best interests of their child or children at heart.

Thank you so much much for reading and respecting this.

Separating from a partner when children are involved is emotional and overwhelming. You do not know where to start as you have not been in this situation previously. Everyone has their points of frustration, but the most important thing is the best interest of the children. So many issues become extreme or diluted. It is hard to understand it all. One thing I have learned about complicated family matters is that we cannot think rationally while navigating it.

What is the impact I want to have?
I want to provide information in a sea of laws, papers, articles and what friends and acquaintances have told you. The Family court system is constantly changing, and your case is unique to you. My mission is to provide you information and not overwhelm you with legal jargon. All information discussed between parties will be completely confidential.

Who am I?
I am not a lawyer or attorney at law. I have worked in the medical and pharmaceutical industry for over ten years. I have many years education in business, science, and business law.
I have gone through this arduous process of family court for over six years. As a mother of a sweet little boy, I cried many tears, yelled in frustration and had so many questions that were unanswered throughout the process. It had a negative impact on my career and mental health. My emotional well-being was hanging on by a thread and that started to affect my physical well-being. I decided in 2020 that I would take things into my own hands and get the answers needed while putting an end to the arguing. This led to my passion for family law. I would like to aid others by providing my experience so it may help others and potentially prevent them from hitting roadblocks like I did in the past (I hit many).
