I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Change Empowerment Guide at PearlsandPoets Change Empowerment Consulting!

For the last five years, I have served as a contracted Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead at a variety of organizations, Canadian Western Bank, Suncor, Nutrien, Transport Canada, SAIT, and BC Housing, supporting OCM strategies on specific projects and building change toolkits and frameworks. Prior to that, for six of my 14 years at WestJet, I served as an influential, change management lead on a variety of initiatives.

It's time for me to step into something new.

Well, hi there!
I’m Megan, the founder and CEO of PearlsandPoets Editing and Communications!
I support heart-led, purpose-driven entrepreneurs with ensuring their client communication strategy is aligned, clear, and effective.
This looks different for everyone, but mainly consists of reviewing and creating client communications strategies, client change management strategies, website content, newsletters, on-boarding packages, training packages and courses, blogs, emails, templates, forms, and anything else you use to communicate with your clients.
I spent 14 years working at WestJet, supporting their internal communications and change management strategies, and have spent the last two years as a consultant for large organizations doing the same. I have a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, and editing certificate, and a master’s degree in professional communication.
Now I’m bringing all of my experience and education to entrepreneurs! Maybe you have been creating all of these assets yourself, and would rather spend your time doing what you love. Maybe you don’t know how to roll these assets out to your clients, or you’re launching something new that needs a launch strategy. Maybe you have to make a big change to your business and need to share it with your clients in an empathetic, heart-led way.
