Hello hello!!!
I’m going to be more active here on this particular page. I’m learning all kinds of wonderful ways to move the body and how to take care of it, and I love to share that stuff.
I’m in my 19th year of teaching Pilates, 9th year of the Melt Method, and first of Essentrics. I listen to podcasts about how to sleep better and what to eat to support the hormones, and so on. So much information!!! (I also listen to My Favorite Murder because it’s fun and historical).
The classes I’m teaching are so much fun because the people are so great and willing to ride along with me on my learning journey.

There will be a few more added on in the fall.
So for now I suggest to drink some water, stretch your calves, eat the good chocolate, and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. ☀️
But I am taking off August 26 and 27 for a little fun in the sun.
