I had the honour of creating the logo for Gander Academy!

Many of you who follow my page have children who attend this amazing school, so this project was extra special to my heart. I am a TLA at Gander Academy, and I also have two children who attend, so it’s safe to say we are very much Gander Academy Proud 💛

Being part of creating the new face of Gander Academy was such an honour—and honestly, so much fun. From concept to final design, this logo was created with school pride, community, and students at the heart of it all.

And of course… we had to keep it on theme 🐝

✨ Logo Spotlight | NewFound Bricks ✨

I’m so excited to share this custom logo I created for NewFound Bricks — a youth-owned and operated LEGO business run by an incredible young entrepreneur named Will.

I met Will and his parents through hockey, and they are truly some of the kindest people. When Will’s dad reached out to me to help bring Will’s vision to life through a logo, I didn’t hesitate for a second. Working with Will was such a joy — his creativity, passion, and ideas were front and centre throughout the design process.

NewFound Bricks offers minifigures, new sets, vintage sets, and loose bricks. You can catch Will around town at local craft fairs and every year at Geek Fest in Gander — always proudly sharing his love for LEGO.

What makes this story even more special is Will’s heart. When he heard about my brother and nephew losing everything in a house fire just before Christmas, Will reached out and wanted to donate a LEGO set to my nephew. That kind of compassion and generosity — especially from someone so young — is truly admirable.
