Be a part of History!
This historical newly made protected area will be stewarded and monitored by indigenous governance to keep this sacred area protected.
By donating to this cause, you will directly be supporting Indigenous stewardship of these lands, monitoring to protect the lands and waters, surveying for species at risk, endangered species, culturally significant harvesting areas etc. This will open possibilities for cultural revitalization efforts, a place to come together and share stories.
Additionally, the Ontario Conservation Accelerator is matching all gifts up until October 15th. This means, every $1 that someone donates actually results in $2 going towards Paswe Protected area.
