Just finished an amazing online session with my friends at Caterpillar Inc. Several key takeaways were shared during this training, but one message that truly resonated with me was the importance of being open to receiving feedback without thinking that it affects our personal worth. Embracing feedback is essential for growth, and it doesn’t define our value as individuals. Thank you all for such an engaging session—I’m already looking forward to our next opportunity to work together!

Sometimes, we can be our own worst critic. It's important to remember that love and acceptance start from within. At the end of the day, we are the only ones who will always be with ourselves. Let's be kind and compassionate to ourselves and others.

Parfois, nous pouvons être notre pire critique. Il est important de se rappeler que l’amour et l’acceptation commencent de l’intérieur. À la fin de la journée, nous sommes les seuls à être toujours avec nous-mêmes. Soyons gentils et compatissants envers nous-mêmes et envers les autres.

That’s a profound statement. It underscores the idea that our past experiences are not just memories, but lessons that can shape our present and future. Learning from the past allows us to grow and move forward, while running from it might mean we miss out on those lessons and possibly repeat the same mistakes. It’s all about how we choose to engage with our history.
