Before each test, we predicted how a drone would behave under three different turbulence conditions. Some of our expectations were confirmed, while others were challenged!

How much more thrust do you get by increasing propeller diameter?

Actuator disc theory and blade element theory both predict that larger propellers will produce more thrust, but they don't agree on exactly how much!

The team at Premier Aerodynamics put these theories to the test using our Series 1585 thrust stand.
