Ever heard of a Trini Double? Banditry Cantina is serving up iconic Trinidadian street food and Caribbean jerk chicken plates …. Think vegan chickpea masala and turmeric fry bread, coconut rice and a healthy dollop of raita with your fav salty snacks. Remember Calabash in Gastown? Yes our guy was the jerk chicken poutine guy so if you want a taste from the good ol’ days, come on by Thursday and Friday for some tastes of the Caribbean…. Saturday Sunday we have salt and swine with their incredible taco bowls and more. Check us out early before sellout! 12-7pm folks!

Spring hits different at Banditry Cider.

The plum tree is in full bloom—wild, fleeting, and it’s the perfect excuse to throw down a blanket, pour a glass, and let the world slow down for a minute.

This place didn’t happen by accident. Kim and Jamie (owners and founders of Banditry Cider) have poured everything into this land—the grit, the long days, the love you can’t fake. You feel it here. In the orchard, in the air, in every sip.

So come claim a patch of grass, soak it in, and stay longer than you meant to.

Many fine folk have reached out to unload their beautiful apples and plums with us. We are now finally able to accept your bounty! Currently we are keeping to apples only, to keep things organized and unfortunately we don’t have the labour to send folks to your trees. We would love to see beautiful fruit not go to waste though so if you are able to get to our drop off point Thursday and Friday, then swing on by. If you want to get extra cider points, tag us in your socials with your haul, and you will be entered to win some Banditry swag;) Happy picking!!!

Hoping to have more than 4 Trip Advisor reviews, and thought I'd just post it here and get some folks wanting to share a great experience at our little cidery:) If you haven't come, then this is your reminder to take the trip up to Gibsons.... Today there is a slow food cycle where 500 cyclists take a farm tour around lower gibsons starting at Persephone. Lots of fun stuff happening near and around Gibsons! Please take 2 minutes for a review. A little goes a long way for us.

Bring your teddy, a cozy blanket, and some snacks for the sweetest picnic of the summer.

🎶 Sing along with the beloved Mr. Doug () from 12:30–1 PM
🍪 Paint-your-own teddy bear cookies by local artist
🧺 Is your bear feeling under the weather? Nurse Tina will be on-site for bear checkups and cuddly repairs
🎨 Face painting by donation
📖 Storytime sessions with Dustyn throughout the afternoon
