Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

Q: Can we bring our documents by your facility any time?

A: We do everything by appointment. We don't do walk-ins as we are not in the warehouse at all times, and don't want to miss you!
Pickup of your documents is included in the cost of our services, but you are welcome to drop off if you prefer. Call or email us to schedule an appointment!

Q: How do I know my documents are safe?

A: We run a closed-loop business, with only two people who ever come into contact with your documents. We are insured, bonded, and value your confidentiality!

Q: Do I need to remove staples?

A: Staples and paperclips are fine to go through our shredder. We request that bigger metal clips be removed if possible, but please reach out if you can't and we will figure out a solution together!

Q: I need frequent shredding, how does that work?

A: We are proud to offer many different options for folks!
We can provide you with a confidential lock box that you fill at your leisure, which we pick up either bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly.
We also offer one time pickups, which make up a large amount of our services. We can take any amount of documents, nothing is too small or too large!

We are Coastline Recycling, a local, family-owned and operated business that specializes in confidential document shredding. Operating since 1997, Coastline Recycling was taken over by husband and wife team in 2021. We have been proudly serving our community since.

We are dedicated to providing top-quality and reliable shredding services for our community, and take great pride in the level of care and attention we give to each and every customer.
