There are NO WSH provincially-approved โonline-onlyโ first aid courses. CSA standards and WSH regulations require IN-PERSON practical skills training to be valid.
RESCUE 7, a provincially approved national first aid company, has created the Blended eLearning course that combines Online Theory you can do from home and In-Person Skills Training.
Who Can Benefit From This Course?
1. Employees assigned to respond to emergencies in the workplace (WHS/CSA).
2. ANYONE who simply wants to learn first aid, CPR and AED skills.

Course Description
This course has TWO MANDATORY components that participants MUST complete and pass:
1. ONLINE first aid theory and test (80% pass to continue to Skills Training). Upon registration, participants will receive their unique link and login codes to start the online course. You MUST complete this to take the In-Person Skills Component.
2. IN-PERSON SKILLS TRAINING. A live instructor will review and demonstrate first aid techniques including: emergency scene management, treatment for shock, unconsciousness, fainting, adult choking, CPR, AED, severe bleeding and much more. A course manual and certificate will be included during your skills training.
