Dear A-List family,
With a new year ahead I’d like to share upcoming changes for 2026, unfortunately due to the high rising costs of living
A-List is being forced to increase our hourly rate, this is not something I enjoy doing but it is something that is very necessary to maintain business successfully and keep up with the ever changing times.
Previously our standard residential cleans were being charged at $35/hr all products included…the hourly rate will now be $40/hr all products included OR $35/hr and you provide all required products (paper towel, sponges, cleaning products, garbage bags, gloves, etc).
I appreciate your understanding and if anyone has any questions or concerns regarding this upcoming change please feel free to reach out.
