Today, Big Link Limited Partnership pauses to remember the children who never came home and to honour the survivors, families, and communities affected by the residential school system.

Reconciliation is more than one day. It's a daily commitment to listening, learning, and acting with respect. We're grateful for the Indigenous communities and partners we work alongside, and we remain committed to building those relationships with honesty and accountability.

We encourage everyone to take time today to reflect, learn, and support Indigenous-led events and initiatives.

We’re currently experiencing an unscheduled outage due to issues within our upstream providers network. This is affecting multiple sites across Newfoundland & Labrador.

Their team is actively working with Cisco to identify and resolve the problem.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as they continue their efforts.

There is currently an unscheduled outage occurring in Labrador East (Sheshatshiu and North West River) due to a connection issue with our upstream provider.

ATTN: BigLink Customers in Churchill Falls

Please be advised of on-going repairs taking place today (July 25) on Route 500 (TLH) near Churchill Falls, affecting Internet customers in the area. The purpose of the repair is to replace fibre optic cable affected by fire.

Customers are asked to exercise caution while driving in the area as crews may be present near the roadway between:

- Churchill Falls access road (nearest Strickland's Gas Station), and
- NL Hydro gas station

Please see the graphic/map attached for the location, with the work area in red.

Internet services will be impacted for up to approximately (4) hours from approximately 9:00am - 1:00pm, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
