🍀 Shamrock Pest Management is hiring!

We’re looking for a dependable Seasonal Pest Control Assistant / Trainee to join our team immediately for the remainder of our 2026 season.

This is an entry-level position with no previous pest control experience required. All training is provided and paid.

Position details:
• $23/hour
• Approximately 20–30 hours maybe more per week to start
• Monday–Friday availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Hours and days will vary based on scheduling, weather and seasonal demand and may decrease through October
• Outdoor, physical work
• September–October seasonal employment
• Grand Bend/Lambton Shores area
• Opportunity to be considered for our May–October 2027 season

You’ll work alongside an experienced technician while learning the job and assisting with outdoor pest control services. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, comfortable with physical outdoor work and able to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully.

Mice don't need a large opening to get inside your home.

🐭 Shamrock Tip: Walk around your home this weekend and check around garage doors, utility pipes and foundation vents for small openings.

Stopping them before they move in is much easier than removing them later.
