Announcement 📣

🍷 Dark Horse Estate Winery will conclude operations on March 14, 2026.

Today, the winery is closed as we regroup and we will be open Wednesday through Saturday for the final days at Danu Cellars / Dark Horse Estate Winery, and we invite you to visit, raise a glass, and celebrate the memories we’ve shared over the years.

While it’s not our story to tell, the property will continue on under new ownership, under a new brand.

If you have a Dark Horse gift card we encourage you to use them during these final days, but we understand existing gift cards will be honoured.

🌹 Dark Horse Midnight Kiss

A bold, sultry red wine cocktail perfect for your next date night in.

Ingredients
* 4 oz Unapologetically Sinful
* 1 oz blackberry liqueur
* ½ oz fresh lemon juice
* ½ oz simple syrup or honey syrup
* 2–3 fresh blackberries
* Splash of soda or sparkling wine
* Ice

Garnish
* Skewered blackberries
* Rosemary sprig or orange twist

Instructions
1. In a shaker, gently muddle blackberries with lemon juice and syrup.
2. Add ice, Dark Horse Cabernet, and blackberry liqueur.
3. Shake lightly and strain into a large wine glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with a splash of soda or sparkling wine.
5. Garnish for a dramatic, romantic look.
