GP Bags Live selling pre-loved bags, accessories, shoes, SLG's, clothes. GP Bags Lay Away terms

1. Maximum lay away term: 6 months, unless arranged differently.

Mine now, payment of 20% must be settled within 2 days after live
Example : -date of live: January 1
-date of payment: January 3, 10pm
-Amount of payment: if bag is 1k, 20% is 200…
**You can do the math and self invoice.
**Payments to be made to [email protected] for Canadian emt, or otherwise advised by Juvy or May.
**Other mode of payments: Paypal, Wise, BDO, western union,money gra

3. 50% of the invoice must be paid halfway of the term
Example : 6 months lay away
Price of bag is 1000 (or total amount of items)
Payment of 20% or $200 was made
Additional $300 must be paid on or before April 3. Price of bag: 1000-200(20% payment)-300 (Additional 30%) to be paid half way of the term.
4. FORFEITURES OF PAYMENTS
a. Non payment of 20% within 2 days after live: automatic cancel, item will be sold on next live
b. Cancelation AFTER payment of 20%- forfeiture of 20% payment, no cancelation, no refund and no exchange allowed. Non-payment of 50% after due date: forfeiture of ALL payments on the bag.
***This means if you paid 200 and failed to pay 300 on the 3rd month we will forfeit your 200.
***If you paid 200 and paid another 100 on the second month, we will forfeit 300.
***If you paid 200 and paid another 200 on the second month we will forfeit 400.
50% is what we needed to be settled half way on to the term. If payments made are not equal to 50%, IT IS FORFEITED.
5. CONSIDERATIONS TO BE ACCEPTED
-sickness of payor= extension of lay away up to additional 2months only
-sickness of immediate family member=extension of lay away up to additional 2months only (spouse and children, parents only)
-loss of job=extension upon discretion
**reasons other than these are pure discretion ONLY, if no considerations given, amount paid are forfeited.

6. BAGS or items are sent to you UPON full payment. Shipping fee is additional cost to you. Non-payment of shipping fee, items will NOT BE SENT to you.
