Something that I am being reminded of this week is LOVING YOURSELF! I am reminded of the importance of this and how at the end of the day, the ONLY person looking back from the mirror is YOU!!

I choose to LOVE myself by taking the time to listen to myself. Giving to me what it is I desire. A hug. A quiet space for me to think. A glass of wine. Haha. With chocolate of course! And knowing that sometimes I need to ask for help! So today, and every day I LOVE myself by honoring those little desires with Love and Light.

My Random Activities Day (formally called my Run Away Day) is turning into a Random Activities Week!!!
Monday, I had lunch with a friend and then last night we went out on the town! Haha Having so much fun and making some great discoveries about myself!!! Have you gone on your R.A.D.!?

I had the most AMAZING day yesterday!!! I had a lunch date that started at noon and my day continued to unfold in the most unexpected way. I spent the afternoon with a friend for coffee. Ended up going to a movie. Had some time to myself. I deemed it my Run Away Day! It's was RAD! Haha

I learned once again that sometimes the most spectacular gifts unfold without expectation or plans. I relaxed. I vented. I cleared out my thoughts. I let go. I opened my heart. I welcomed in love and light! I spent some wonderfully cherished time with friends as well as myself.

A beautiful Angel with wings took my Spirit Stone to the Caribbean Sea. She then grew gills and took that stone to the bottom of the Caribbean Sea!!!! I AM GLOBAL!!!!! So many Thanks and Love and Gratitude to this very special Angel and Goddess. 💗👻💗
