🦃Thanksgiving can be a busy time—preparing dishes and getting ready for family and friends. With so much happening in the kitchen, it can be easy to step away or get distracted. 🍂

When cooking on the stovetop, stay in the kitchen and keep your attention on the food. Never leave a pan unattended—even for a short time. 🍳

If you need to step away from the kitchen, turn off the stove and take the pan off the heat. Unattended cooking can quickly lead to a fire.
