5 WEEKS IN NEWFOUNDLAND

With this little babe.

We’ve been renovating our Airbnb property Mermaid Cove Cottage and are now heading home.

Life’s been WILD.

We road tripped in the VanJam with a 1 year old 😂 I highly recommend it.

HE LEARNED TO WALK.

While we were there and that moment was shared with Nanny, Poppy & Big Sis!

TO ALL MY BADASS MAMAS, KEEPING IT REAL AND RAW.

You’re cracking my heart wide open daily, inspiring me to share, be BOLD and keep living full out this adventurous life. Everyday I watch you sharing your hearts, speaking your truths and I’m obsessed, with all of it.

It’s what launched The Soul Flow.

Real women being in their power + possibility. I wanted to create a book that celebrated courageous women who took chances, who did the scary stuff to create the lives they had dreamt about.

I did it too.

The scary stuff I pushed myself to sell my vision to strangers, ran a kickstarter campaign raised the money to do the trip, I bought a van, travelled the country from coast to coast, lived in that van with a stranger for 30 days and put some feet on the dreams I had to create a book that shared the stories.

It scared the S**T out of me.

But I did it anyways because I felt called to do it. The way my heart keeps being pulled now to create this THING that is what I believe to be my Soul Flow. I still have no idea where its going. But its gonna be BIG. I know that on a soul level.

Pure Magic is what it feels like.

I’m listening to the nudges, paying close attention to the coincidences and celebrating the random introductions. Because they are all connected and are guiding the next phase.��Mamas are calling me and it’s WILD.

Can you feel the rumbling of mamas uniting? Lately I’ve been hearing more unique stories of how mamas are just making life happen. On zero sleep, plump bodies, the realness, the rawness and we legit need more of it!

Its a battle cry for honesty.

Please mama if you feel it too share this with a mama that inspires you, tag her, tell her how much you love all she stands for.

If you could focus on just ONE thing that would propel you forward in your work and home life what would it be?

I’ve been immersed in Gary Keller’s book Theonething and friends it’s a game changer in helping you get really clear. Stopping the nonsense of distraction with the need to do too many things all at the same time. Getting laser focused on that ONE thing in your life that if you tackle it daily will completely change your life.

So I ask you what is that ONE thing for you? What would you put your focus into first thing everyday that once done would give you a sense of completion?

My little baby is asleep!!!

So mama is thinking, writing and creating. Feels so amazing. Let is snow, let it snow, let it snow. Being trapped inside today is a good thing.

Now to get some vibrant images 💣

Have you noticed almost everyone is running the same theme and story on their social media accounts? Trying to do the same thing as everyone else isn't working for YOU now is it? and WHY is that?

Because it isn't your story and it really isn't what matters to you because you aren't meant to be following someone else journey, your meant to be living your own.

Put your own heart first. Even if it feels like the hardest thing you are ever going to do. Do it anyways. Join me in spicing up our news feeds, add in some colour & vibrancy, post an enormous amount of photos of your super fun existence. Even the boring stuff its usually the best anyways, don't judge it just post it.

I don't know about you but I'm done following people writing about the same thing, posting the same washed out white images, coaches trying to sell their clients a new life. Like come on really!?

Screw that! Your life is totally awesome you may just be a little stuck because you have spent too much time watching their news feeds instead of living your own life. This my friends feeds your own self doubt, depression, anxiety and despair.

Today's goal unfollow the uninspiring and post the most vibrant image you have in your camera roll. Oh hey and if you don't have a vibrant picture - get outside and take one.

This year is all about manifesting what your soul has been asking you for, embracing change, complete transformation, reflecting and clearing everything that’s been blocking you and finally aligning with your Soul Journey.

In these first 2 weeks of January you are laying the foundation for your year and your future.

For the first time in a long time I dropped a story I’ve been playing since the babe was born.

It was a story that I couldn’t exercise because I needed to be available for anything he might need (feeding, changing, entertainment) or that I was having too much boobie pain and should just take it easy not make it worse.

Then I’d feel guilty and depressed for not taking better care of myself.

So no more complaining, no more excuses it’s time to make movement fun again in a totally new way 😍

Before we begin the process of closing out 2017 and looking forward to 2018. I think it’s important to take time to celebrate the beautiful accomplishments, unplanned adventures and missions we’ve all experienced over the past year.

Each of moment of everyday is defining who we are becoming. We’re never moving backwards only forward even though at times we may feel completely stuck in neutral.

This year for us was one of the most liberating and challenging ones of all times. I can’t believe this time last year we were just announcing our pregnancy and now here is this little human. He’s shaping our future and encouraging personal growth at warp speed.

It’s amazing to look ok back and think what was I working towards before this guy? Now we are creating in a whole new way. Focused on more time together as a family, doing the things that matter to us and loving the people who love us back unconditionally.

I created The Soul Flow to help YOU believe in yourself and YOUR possibility, to help you find the courage you need to to cultivate positive change in your life. So that you can life the life of your dreams! Because trust me when I tell you - You deserve it 😘 all of it, whatever you want.

I can't even wait to bring my baby Sharky on adventures just like this.

My vision has always been to live in a couple different places (Muskoka, Florida, Newfoundland) who knows where, to live a life full of experiences and empower women to have the courage to believe in their own possibility 💗
