A humbled thank you to Sara Bentham for inviting me to speak to first year entrepreneurs in her class at Georgian College .

The energy of inspiration and excitement from young current and up and coming brilliant entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial spirited youth reminded me of the humility that is gained in the pursuit of success through the journey of entrepreneurship. Speaking to the hardships and gain of this crazy and fulfilling path is always my passion especially when the audience is open and willing to hear the truths of the industry and my own personal experiences.

I’m excited to see what a new, bright generation will bring to the world. I believe they are the ones who will shift the world in a magnificent and positive way. Thank you. I am deeply grateful for meeting and connecting with everyone.

Thank you OMCSA – your passion for safety was deeply felt.

Today I had the honour of speaking at the Ontario Mine Contractors Safety Association about a subject that lives at the core of every safe workplace: authentic leadership.

True safety isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
It’s created in how we show up, how we communicate, and how we lead.

When we expand the definition of safety, we don’t just prevent harm—we cultivate environments where people thrive.

Leadership is evolving. And it starts within.

Thank you to Steve Wrixon for organizing my attendance and for creating safe spaces for people and organizations to thrive.

And to all the members and people who choose to do good not just in their own organizations but to expand their safety knowledge and expertise to their peers and even competitors all in the name of safety - that is powerful.

I was honoured to be an observer to the power in passion that was in attendance.
