The Forge - La Forge

reThink Green has expanded upon our established space-sharing model by opening The Forge, a co-working space consisting of open-concept office space (~1000 square feet) and a board room (~450 square feet). As an environmental organization, reThink Green is particularly interested in attracting young entrepreneurs who run or intend to launch businesses with a focus on social or environmental issues

. Social enterprises launched by local non-profits have also been identified as a high-value client group. The co-working space is designed to act as a launch pad for youth social entrepreneurs, enterprising non-profits, and other business leaders. By bringing like-minded people together in a productivity-focused work space and offering supporting programs and services, reThink Green is hoping to kick start the development of social enterprises in the City of Greater Sudbury. To support residents in The Forge, reThink Green has developed in-house workshop content and resources on sustainability and business, and the organization has also established partnerships with other organizations focused on regional business development.
