Innosphere 29th Anniversary Celebration: Blue Mountain R & R Weekend 2026🎉
This year, we marked 29 incredible years of Innosphere with our annual retreat at beautiful Blue Mountain. While the theme was Rest & Relaxation, the weekend was filled with energy, connection, laughter, and unforgettable experiences from start to finish.
We kicked things off Friday evening welcoming teammates traveling from across Canada and the United States. A warm dinner at Magnone’s Italian Kitchen set the tone perfectly, bringing everyone together over great food, drinks, and even better conversations.
Saturday began with the arrival of the rest of our group in true style aboard the party bus. From there, teams jumped straight into the Amazing Race Blue Mountain Edition, racing through the village in a fun and competitive challenge that brought out everyone’s teamwork and spirit.
Afterward, we gathered at Kaytoo’s Pond Mill Patio for a live BBQ experience, followed by a scenic ride up the Blue Mountain Gondola where we captured our annual team photo against a breathtaking view. The afternoon gave everyone the freedom to explore through All-Access Activity Passes, with everything from hiking and the Ridge Runner to high ropes, mini golf, and time spent simply enjoying the village.
That evening, we came together for a memorable three-course dinner at Copper Blues before continuing the tradition of our after-party at the O&B Patio, where the celebration carried on late into the night.
Sunday began with breakfast at O&B before heading to Thornbury Craft Cider & Brewery for a behind-the-scenes tour and the Ale-mazing Race Challenge! We wrapped the weekend with a final lunch together before saying our goodbyes and heading home with full hearts and lasting memories.
