As of May 1, 2026, the rules around residential solar just changed - and it's one of the biggest expansions we've seen in years.

Here's what's new:
✅ The microgeneration threshold increased from 10 kW to 12 kW
✅ You can now install up to 24 kW of solar capacity with smart Power Control System (PCS) technology automatically managing your grid exports

That means more solar on your roof, better year-round performance, stronger battery backup that supports EVs and heat pumps in you home.
