Estou sempre me questionando sobre as minhas escolhas e muitas vezes a resposta é: eu poderia ter feito melhor, ter ajudado alguém melhor, ter sido mais justa ou mais atenciosa com alguém.

Sou responsável pelos meus próprios atos e decisões, mas acredito que escolher pessoas do bem para serem a minha referência, o meu norte, é importante pois isso evita o famoso - ah, mas fulano fez, fulano agiu pior.

1️⃣ Focus on trendy hashtags, not hashtags that are more used. Use hashtags relevant to your post, think about how your audience will search for your content. Think of hashtags precisely as you would search for your content on Google or Youtube.

Many people will advise you to check the most used hashtags (Instagram provides this information). However, there is a difference between the most used hashtags and the most searched hashtags. A hashtag can be used a lot but rarely searched by your audience.

Unfortunately, Instagram does not provide the data for the most searched hashtags. Google Trends is a good indicator, and you can see the search volume for specific terms on Google.

2️⃣ Avoid generic terms: when we search using a little more specific terms, we will avoid going through many pages to find the information we are looking for. Alert: although being more specific is always better than generic, combinations of 3 or more words are not very useful because they are too long, so it is ideal to use up to two words.

3️⃣ Use hashtags that are relevant to the photo. When searching for a hashtag, the caption does not appear in the feed, and probably the researcher will click only on images pertinent to the content they are searching. Also, Instagram uses image recognition to understand the photo's content before inserting your content in the list of most relevant posts.

4️⃣ Use location hashtags, including nearby locations. Instagram is the preferred platform for planning a vacation or looking for references of places to go, eat, take a walk, take a picture.

5️⃣ Use 30 hashtags, but post them in the comments. Paste your hashtags precisely in the same minute as you post so that the post enters the page of recent posts.

6️⃣ Mix unpopular, medium, and very popular hashtags. The number of uses is essential to know how competitive the hashtags are, so it is crucial to balance.

7️⃣ To facilitate the searching for hashtags, I use , which gives me the number of uses of each hashtag.

If you know who your audience is, you know what you can say to capture their attention and connect them with your brand.

⚠️ In other words, if you know your audience, understand your audience's needs, challenges and weaknesses, and address those needs with your message and your product/brand, then your content will speak to your audience.
