Mother’s Day can hold a lot of different meanings. Today, we’re celebrating moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, mother figures, chosen family, caregivers, and the people who show up with love, support, and care in all the ways that matter most. 🤍

At Divide and Conquer, we’re especially lucky to have not one, but two mother-daughter teams on our staff — Hillary and Janis, and Victoria and Janet. Watching the care, trust, and teamwork they bring into both their family relationships and their work with clients is something really special.

To everyone spending today celebrating, grieving, reflecting, navigating complicated feelings, or simply getting through the day — we’re thinking of you too. There is no one way to experience Mother’s Day, and all of it is valid.
