Construction Industry Provincial Nomination Approved!

Congratulations to our STB client on successfully receiving Nova Scotia provincial nomination approval, along with an additional 600 EE points.

The client works in the construction industry and submitted the NSEE application in February 2025. After the work permit expired, the client returned overseas and waited for processing outside Canada. During the application, additional documents such as proof of residence and assets were requested, and we assisted with the updated submission.

As the restoration period has already passed, the client can now comfortably remain outside Canada and wait for the federal PR stage.

The client’s original EE score was not very competitive. Through the NSEE pathway and local construction work experience, the client successfully gained provincial nomination support through an alternative immigration pathway.
