Recognizing boundaries is the most delightful gift you can give yourself. To understand your own boundaries, to honor your own boundaries is to protect yourself like a loving parent would protect you. If you are a parent - we know that for almost all of you, those who feel ready to parent, designed to parent, and want to parent, which is well over 90% of you on the planet who become parents - you know how you feel so protective of your children. Imagine if you were that protective of yourself.

Imagine if you were to parent yourself, your being, your role in this world, who you are to others in this world. Imagine if you decided to parent yourself by giving yourself the most incredible awareness around beautiful boundaries that are truth, and love, and yet firm. We all live within a sentient universe that seeps throughout every being of Nature. Yes, every Rock, Plant, Tree, Mountain, Lakes, Rivers, Oceans, wind and all that is in between is very much alive with soul/spirit/essence..

Long ago, our ancestors interacted with a world that they saw as animate, in other words alive and breathing, inhabited with spirits. They saw that both animate and inanimate things were embodied with life force, essence or spirits.
This life force, like the air we breathe, seeps through everything that surrounds us...
