We’re excited to share that we’ve partnered with The Black Tiger Café on the ground floor of the building to host events again 👏 Now that our third floor studio space is fully leased to The Reformer Room, we have a new opportunity to expand our event business into a gorgeous new venue just downstairs 🪄

The space is oceanfront, has a patio in the summer, and catering and service can be arranged directly with the café owners. Such a fun and special setting—can’t wait to start hosting here! ✨

Well, I was NOT planning on doing another space so soon but when the universe says it’s go time, I move 🏃‍♀️ This is NOT a done deal yet, anything could still fall through, but in order to try and move forward I’m going to start collecting promises to lease for Spring 2026. The space is gorgeous, excellent location, beautiful signature Many Hats view and an abundance of parking 👌 The space has a studio already and I think I’ll be able to get 3-4 large 300-400 sq ft suites and at least 9 smaller offices!! I’ve had a lot of hair stylists reach out and alot of people express interest in rooms with sinks, so it’s go time now friends. DM and be first on the list for Many Hats 3.0 🤞 🪄 ❤️
