In my recent interview with Jason Hartman on Authority Magazine of Medium.com, I shared about the importance of having a mentor who already achieved what you want to achieve. Either you are raising money or buidling a business, it is essential to have the right experts guiding throughout the journey, regardless your level of experience and expertise.

"Never take an advice from a quitter. Even do not take an advice from a millionaire who does not pay for his coffee because he thinks he can save a fortune by saving on a $3 coffee. This is a poor mindset that will hold you back from either reaching your highest potential in real estate and makes you unfulfilled even if you make lots of money. Be a student of life and always be open to receive from the ones who achieved what you currently want to achieve".
