Welcome to Ready4 Consulting! We are extremely happy to publicly share the beginning of a partnership through the creation of Ready4 Consulting. In the coming weeks we will be introducing the faces behind Ready4 Consulting, and are excited to explore the ways in which we can work with you!

The name Ready4 Consulting was created based on the experience that each of us have had when working with organizations in various sectors. There is always a moment when we hear you say ‘I know this is important, but I don’t know how to start’. We’ve heard this phrase when navigating inclusion, diversity, equity, and access; we’ve heard this phrase when trying to navigate organizational change.

Ready4Consulting aims to support the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation process. We can provide pre-designed training and program packages to collaborative individualized approaches to building sustainable organizational change.

We hope that by the end of your time with us, you can confidently say you are ‘Ready4’ anything!
