Canada's defence sector is expanding—and women-led technology companies have an opportunity to be part of it.

Have you built a validated technology venture and wondered whether your innovation could have applications in the defence industry?

Grow Now Defence Pathways is a new 12-week virtual program from the Centre for Women in Business designed to help women founders explore the defence sector with confidence.

This isn't a procurement program, it's an opportunity to understand how the ecosystem works, translate your technology into defence capability language, and determine whether defence is the right next market for your business.

By the end of the program, you'll leave with:

- Defence market literacy
- A defence capability statement
- A personalized sector-fit assessment
- A practical 90-day action plan

If you're a Canadian woman founder leading a validated technology venture, this program is designed to help you make informed decisions about your next growth opportunity.

Applications are now open! https://app.simplycast.ca/?q=forms/take&i=6a67741b3ef9b0.56468754

The Grow Now – Defence Pathways program has been funded in part through the Women’s Entrepreneurship Strategy administered by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.
