Our customers include those that sew at home, designers, alteration and tailoring shops, dry cleaners, retail stores, bridal shops, costume shops, and manufacturers.

Machine extremely dirty - Not clean ❌
Thread stuck in tension ❌
Service an stitch counter not reset ❌

Be careful who you take your machine to as not all techs are trained or qualified to service your machines.

We are factory trained and we are an authorized dealership for Janome ,Elna ,Brother , Singer , JUKI and Pfaff

We only use factory OEM parts and all service is done on site.
