Amber from created, “Changing the Lens”, an inclusivity workshop for photographers and people in the wedding industry. The goal was to facilitate meaningful conversations around equality, diversity and inclusion, while having the opportunity to diversify your portfolio during a carefully planned styled shoot.

At R+D, we are a safe space and we believe that love is love and we welcome everyone here. And we align ourselves with partners and vendors who share this belief system. It is important to stand by what we believe and support each other, now more than ever. ♥️
