This Saturday! Reconnect to Winter, the Water element and the flow within through yoga, qi gong, energy medicine, rest and meditation. If you are feeling done with Winter, but it's not done with you, this is for you. Discover self-care practices designed to nourish the body and mind in winter, focusing specifically on the organs of the Kidneys and the Bladder and their energetic pathways in the body. By harmonizing our actions internally with what's happening in the season outside, we can find flow and ease to move through winter with grace, and maybe even a bit of gratitude.
