It's been our goal and passion to educate the people who repair collision damaged vehicles, and we've had to recognize that a new approach is necessary. Many of the collision repair businesses operating today fail to realize that they are no longer producing safe, proper repairs. The manufacturers have changed the way vehicles are constructed, and the materials used so drastically that a large por
tion of the repair industry has been left behind. This results in unsafe, incomplete, and improper repair being the normal state of the industry. We aren't here to do any "gotcha" type of investigations (although we absolutely will name names when appropriate), rather, we want to confirm that consumers vehicles are safe and we want to educate those who have failed to perform safe and proper repairs. Similarly, we are not anti-insurance companies. We see the role that the DRP model has played in bringing the industry to this point, and we undertake to educate those in positions to create change with alternate methods of serving the insurer's interests while also protecting the consumer and allowing the collision repairers to perform their duties without oppressive actions being imposed.
