If you can’t easily explain:

• How money flows
• Where information is stored
• How decisions are supported

It’s going to break under growth.

Simple systems are stronger systems.

3 questions to ask before you change how your business is set up…

What information do I actually need to make decisions?
Can I find it quickly when I need it?
Do I trust it when I see it?

If any of those are unclear, changing tools won’t fix the problem.

One mistake I see as businesses grow:

They add more before fixing what’s already there.

More tools
More tracking
More steps

But growth doesn’t fix weak processes.

It exposes them.
