📣 Important Notice to Residents and Business Owners
Due to increasing reports of rodent sightings, the Town is implementing proactive measures to help reduce and prevent further activity. Rats can easily move between properties, making a collaborative community effort essential.
To help prevent conditions that attract rodents and other pests, all residents and business owners are reminded to:
• 🗑️ Properly store and secure garbage
• 🌿 Keep grass, weeds, and brush trimmed
• 🏚️ Eliminate clutter and debris around buildings
• 🚫 Remove potential food sources from yards and exterior areas
Town bylaws require that all necessary steps be taken to eliminate conditions that may contribute to rodent activity in buildings and on properties.
By following these prevention measures, property owners can significantly reduce the risk of rodent infestations and help maintain a cleaner, healthier community for everyone.

Likewise, if your home experienced carpenter ant activity during the warmer months, they are likely still present when colder weather arrives.
