We’re excited to officially welcome Ashley Tower as our new Operations & Growth Manager at Integris!
Ashley brings a strong background in operations, people leadership, process development, marketing, and growth strategy, along with nearly a decade of experience within the long-term care space.
Her experience supporting people, systems, and operational workflows across fast-paced environments gives her a unique perspective as Integris continues to grow within the healthcare and long-term care sector.
In her role, Ashley will support operational growth initiatives, process improvement, recruitment operations, marketing coordination, and cross-functional business support.
